Version 1.x will continue to be available for download and critical security updates will be provided. However, new features are only being developed for the new version. We recommend all users to switch to the new version.

No. Existing licenses from version 1.x cannot be transferred to version 2. A new license is required for Puzzle-Generator 2.

No. Project files from version 1.x cannot be opened in Puzzle-Generator 2 - and vice versa.

However, word lists can still be imported and used in the new version.

Yes, version 1.x and version 2 can be installed side by side on the same computer without any issues. The versions use separate installation directories and do not affect each other.
