The distribution of the software is carried out via digital platforms. Billing and payment processing are handled – depending on the distribution channel – by the respective platform operator or payment service provider.

• Microsoft Store: Distribution and payment processing via Microsoft in accordance with the applicable store terms.
• Apple App Store / Mac App Store: Distribution and payment processing via Apple in accordance with the applicable store terms.
• Additional distribution channels (optional): If offered, payment processing may also be carried out via Digistore24, subject to its applicable terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
